1.   There are twelve red marbles, twenty-four yellow marbles and seventeen green marbles in a box. Find the total number of green and red marbles.
2.   Emily bought 742 tomatoes and out of them 127 was rotten. Find the number of good ones.
3.   There are 679 books in Martin’s library. If there are 389 books are biographies, find the other number of books in the library.
4.   Watson collected 12 Canadian stamps, 13 American stamps and 11 Indian stamps. Find the total stamps collected by Watson.
5.   Cooper had $ 126 in his savings. He has $78 after spending for a video game. Find the amount left in his savings.
6.   There are 36 cats that need to be adopted. There are 12 more dogs that need to adopted. How many dogs and cats need to be adopted in all?

1.   There are the same amount of elephants and tigers in the circus. There are 10 less acrobats than clowns. If there are 100 altogether and 30 are clowns, how many elephants, tigers, and acrobats are there?
